Refund policy

We know you will love your PSR products, but we do back that up with our 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after purchase to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Change-of-mind returns may be accepted with a 20% restocking fee.
Returns due to defects, damage, or our error are not subject to a restocking fee.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@plussizeridercanada.ca for a return authorization number. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted/refunded.  Items marked "Final Sale" and Gift Cards are not eligible for return. 

Customers will be responsible for paying shipping costs for returning any item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Once your return is received and processed, we'll email you a Refund Confirmation email to let you know that a refund has been processed. Your refund will be issued against the original payment method.

Our processing times are approximately 5-10 business days from when we receive your return.  

INTERNATIONAL AND U.S.A RETURNS

Returns on products purchased from the Plus Size Rider Canada website are available for 30 days after the order date. Customers are responsible for shipping costs to get the product back to PSR Canada. We recommend you use a shipping method that offers tracking services. Return directions are provided after return authorization is issued. Once the product has been received a refund will be issued against the original payment method. PLEASE NOTE: Plus Size Rider Canada is not responsible for any Customs/Duty/Fees associated with International or US Returns.  Fees charged to Plus Size Rider Canada will be deducted from the refund.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. Exchange within 30 days of purchase with an RA#. Please see our return policy for RA# directions 


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. REFUNDS WILL NOT BE PROCESSED WITHOUT AN RA#.
